AI credits pay for the model calls you start (drafts, ads, translations, searches by meaning). Each shows its cost before it runs, and a daily and monthly cap keeps spending where you set it. Sending, signing and reading cost nothing.

Before you start
Do I need a MoonClerk account?
Yes. You sign in with MoonClerk, and every payment is taken on your MoonClerk forms. Business OS adds the site, CRM, inbox and selling tools around them.
Does this change what I pay MoonClerk or Stripe?
No. Your MoonClerk plan and Stripe's processing fees stay exactly as they are. Business OS is a separate flat monthly plan and never takes a percentage of your sales.
What does the free plan include?
One site, one team member and 50 AI credits a month, with the CRM, inbox, bookings, invoices and agreements. Your site shows "Made with MoonClerk" in its footer. Upgrade any time.
What are AI credits, and what if I run out?
Credits pay for AI you choose to run. Each action shows its cost first; when a month's credits are used, AI pauses until the next month. Everything else keeps working, and you can always write it yourself.
Can I bring my own AI key?
On Scale, you'll be able to use your own AI key for advanced tasks (coming soon).
Can my team use it?
Yes. Everyone signs in with their own MoonClerk login and gets the role they have there. Each plan includes the number of team members shown above.
Is there a mobile app?
Coming soon, for iPhone and Android: Today, contacts, leads and the outbox, and Studio. Until then the web app works on your phone.
Will anything be sent to my customers without me?
No. Emails and texts wait in your outbox until you approve them. The only exceptions are ones your customers start: your site chat answering them, and the copy of an agreement they signed.
Can I cancel?
Any time, month to month. Cancelling Business OS changes nothing in MoonClerk.
